2010 - 2011 Class schedule
Performing Opportunity
All students enrolled in the school (all levels/all ages) have the opportunity to perform in our annual Winter Holiday & June Recitals (all performed in a professional theatre). Students who take open classes on a drop in basis or students who pay with a class card are not eligable (unless invited).
Rehearsal Obligations:
Pre Ballet: Rehearsals will be during the student's class times
Primary Ballet levels 1 and 2: Rehearsals will be during class times plus 1 - 2 extra Saturdays & Dress Rehearsal
Ballet 1: Rehearsals are during class time plus 1 - 2 extra Saturday rehearsals & Dress Rehearsal
Ballet 2 - 4: Rehearsals are during class time plus 3 - 5 extra Saturday rehearsals & Dress Rehearsal
Ballet 5 & up: Saturdays weekly
Saturday Rehearsals: 2:30 - 4:30.
Tuition:
Payments are made in 8 week payment periods. Payments are due the first week of the payment period.
Please drop your child off for class on time.
Dress Code is enforced: Please look below for the correct dress code for you child.
Attendance: Students are expected to attend all their classses. Any student missing more than 2 -3 times within a session (without making up missed lessons) is considered excessive.
The school understands that some families have planned vacations and will possibly have to leave sessions early. There are no discounts for leaving early and not finishing out a session.
Parents are asked to give early notice of any classes that will be missed.
All purchases are final. There are no refunds for any purchases made at the school.
Students may make a class up in a class of their own level or a lower level. Make ups can be taken with in 5 weeks of the missed class.

New Students are accepted throughout the year.
Late enrollments will be prorated.
Once enrolled: Missed classes will not be prorated. However, classes can be made up in a class same level or below.
Sessions (Billing Periods) for the 2010 - 2011 year: (4) 8 week sessions & (1) 6 week session for the 2010 - 2011 Season.

4 week payment plans are accepted with a $5 extra charge per payment session.
